Spinach Artichoke Dip
I used the butter crackers to eat the dip with since tortilla chips have a lot of carbs…even if you make your own with low carb tortillas…it still has more than the crackers. You can get the cracker recipe here: Low Carb Crackers
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Romano cheese, shredded
6 artichoke hearts, cut into chunks
1/2 box of frozen chopped spinach
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp garlic salt
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and transfer to a small baking dish. Cook for 40 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and starts to turn golden brown.
The carb count depends on how much dip you eat. The entire thing has 28 carbs
