Spicy Herb Tilapia and Broccoli Casserole
I made this one night when it was just my son, baby girl and I. He originally thought it was chicken, and loves the broccoli casserole, so now that he knows its tilapia he doesn’t complain about fish anymore. Good thing.
2 tilapia fillets
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp thyme
juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp coconut oil
Recipe for the broccoli: Broccoli Casserole
Heat a pan on medium heat and add the coconut oil.
Season your tilapia with the oregano, cayenne, garlic, chili powder and thyme.
Add the tilapia to the coconut oil and cook through…about 3 minutes each side.
Once cooked, remove from the oil, and squeeze some lemon juice over the top.

The fish recipe is for 2 people, but the broccoli had leftovers so that’s good for 4 people.
