I had this on the web before, but the photo was so old and bad, so I made it again. I put a picture of my daughter up with it…she didnt let me take very many pictures because she wanted to eat it lol. As you can see, she won 🙂
2 beaten eggs
6 slices of cooked bacon, diced
1 cup sour cream
12 sliced mushrooms
5 slices of ham and salami, chopped
2-1/2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
1 cup cheddar, grated
1 Tbsp garlic powder
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place your bacon on a cookie sheet, and bake for about 25 minutes until crispy, then transfer onto a paper towel lined plate. Once cool, chop up and add to a mixing bowl.
Heat a medium pan and melt 1 Tbsp butter. Saute the mushrooms, salami and ham until slightly tender, about 5 minutes.
Add the sauteed ingredients to the bowl with the bacon, and add everything else except for the cheddar cheese. Add the mixture to a baking dish and top with the cheddar.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and starting to get golden around the edges.
