I’ve seen some random posts in my Facebook timeline about fruit dip or fruit with cinnamon sugar chips…so I wanted to make something a little healthier! This is a fruit dip or “salsa” I would call it, with apple chips. SO easy to make, and as you can imagine, the kids loved it too. Perfect for these hot summer days!
Let me know what you think, and remember to tag me @FoodIMakeMySoldier on Facebook or #FoodIMakeMySoldier on Instagram if you make it! 🙂
1 Green Apple, diced
15 Strawberries, diced
1 cup Raspberries, diced
4 Green Apples, sliced thin
1. Slice your 4 apples thin, about 1/4″ thick, and place in your food dehydrator for about 6 hours until slightly crispy. To make cinnamon apple chips, just dust a little cinnamon over the tops. Keep in mind, you can usually find organic naturally dried apple chips at most stores or health food stores…so that is also an easy alternative if you’re in a hurry!
2. Dice your fruit, and place in a bowl to mix together. If you are taking this to a party for later, be sure to squeeze just a little lemon so the apples don’t turn brown.
That is IT! Super easy right!?
