2 Tbsp Almond Flour
Add your cheddar cheese, coconut flour, almond flour, egg and spices, and mix together until well combined.
Press the mixture flat onto the pan so its about 1/4″ thick. If it is too thick it will fall apart. Pat down with a couple paper towels to soak up a little more moisture.
Place in the oven and cook for about 20 minutes, until it starts to get golden brown.
Remove from the oven and flip the crust onto another large piece of parchment paper, and place back in the oven for another 15 minutes. Flipping it helps it get crispy. If you have skills you can flip it with a spatula and avoid the 2nd piece of parchment, but that’s up to you 🙂
