The buffalo chicken dip goes over so well, and every time I have anyone at the house, I am told “hey, you should make that buffalo chicken dip!” Like its an unusual request haha.
I decided to switch it up a bit and use that same mix with cauliflower…this doesn’t require the urge for chips lol.
2 heads cauliflower, cut into large chunks
3/4 cup ranch dressing
3/4 cup blue cheese dressing
3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Heat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium pan, mix together the ranch, blue cheese, wing sauce cream cheese. Stir together until the cream cheese has melted into the mixture.
Toss the cauliflower in the sauce mixture, and pour into a baking dish. Cover with shredded cheese.
Bake until the cauliflower is tender…about 35-40 minutes. It really all depends on your oven…the one here is so old.
