A different take on Deviled Eggs
So, I guess this kind of thing requires an open mind? I’m not really sure because some of the people I know have said “ew tuna and eggs don’t go together”…little do they know…a lot of people like that mix. I made these as an experiment once, and my husband loved them. So, here they are!
6 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayonaise
1 Tbsp mustard
1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
1/2 can albacore tuna
salt and pepper
Cut your hard boiled eggs in half, and remove the yolks into a bowl. In the same bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix together.
Fill each egg cup with the mixture, and sprinkle with paprika if you want to.
